We will come to your property once a month and check to ensure all irrigation spickets are working, ensure there are no active leaks or service failure points on any toilets, showers and faucets. We will ensure that the garage door opens and closes correctly. We will check for any signs of disturbance and also of there is any bug or rodent findings at time of walk through.
We offer this service to help ensure the home will be in running order when you are away. We will inspect the property monthly. We will inspect all water faucets and spigots, run all water faucets and spigots and check for leaks. Flush and operate all showers and toilets to ensure there is no buildup and potential future clogs. We will open and close all doors along with garage door if applicable and check the seals. Outside irrigation heads will be checked to ensure there is no broken and missing heads. We will run the HVAC system and change the filter out monthly (customer provides filter). All outside and interior lights will be tested. A complete report will be sent to you after the visit and if there is an issue discovered we will contact you with this finding and provide a solution should you want to address it.
